Grace Fluty, LPCC

Grace Fluty is a trauma-informed, person-centered counselor who typically provides Christian faith-based counseling while welcoming clients from other religious or spiritual backgrounds. She approaches care holistically, considering mental and emotional wellbeing alongside spiritual health, self-care, relational patterns, and physical wellness to support meaningful change across life domains.

With 7 years of clinical experience, she completed a master’s degree followed by more than two years of supervised practice, earned an independent counseling license, and has continued in the field as a supervisor. Grace holds the LPCC credential - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - reflecting her training and clinical authorization to practice.

Her training includes extensive work in trauma-focused methods such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and Formational Prayer training. She is also trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), person-centered therapy, and polyvagal theory. Grace integrates elements from these approaches to tailor care to each person’s needs and strengths.

She supports people facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, depression, and coping with life changes, as well as attachment issues, communication problems, forgiveness, guilt and shame, isolation or loneliness, and questions of life purpose.
