Kameron Apostol-Chinn, LCSW

Kameron Apostol-Chinn, LCSW, combines military experience with clinical training to support people working through stress, trauma, and life transitions. LCSW stands for Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a credential that reflects formal training in assessment, therapy, and social work practice. As an Air Force veteran who completed one tour to Afghanistan, he brings lived understanding of military culture and the particular demands faced by service members and their families.

He spent 11 years at the Department of Veterans Affairs, including six years providing direct counseling to Active Duty service members, National Guard, Reserve personnel, and veterans. During that time he addressed Combat PTSD, anger, anxiety, depression, nightmares, and readjustment challenges, and he has experience supporting male and female veterans who have experienced sexual trauma. He has also worked with spouses of military members and veterans.

Beyond military-related care, Kameron has supported people coping with childhood trauma - including verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse - as well as a wide range of stressors across ages, genders, cultural backgrounds, and sexual orientations. He approaches therapy with the belief that everyone benefits from personal work and that "the more we share, the more we heal." He looks forward to working collaboratively with clients to support growth and recovery.
