Daphne Luster, LPCC

Daphne Luster brings 16 years of professional counseling experience to her work, blending evidence-based methods with holistic practices to support people through grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, and relationship challenges. As the Founder and Director of Heart's Content Healing Arts and the founder of Heart's Content Counseling, she has grown a private practice into a group practice since opening in 2017 and expanding in 2023. Daphne trained broadly, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology and a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, and she is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She holds the LPCC credential - Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor - and serves as a supervisor for the Kentucky Board of Counseling.

Daphne is also a mother, musician, yogi, visual artist, and equestrian, and she draws on those creative and somatic interests to inform her approach. Her background includes prior work as a licensed banker from 1999 through 2009 and clinical practice beginning in 2010. She combines research-supported therapeutic techniques with complementary modalities she has studied, including trauma-informed yoga, sound healing, equine-assisted practices, and other integrative approaches. Daphne aims to help people rediscover their true nature and make compassionate, transformational change over time.
