Ky Phoenix Jones, LMHC

Ky Phoenix Jones is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with nine years of experience in mental health counseling. They check regular messages at least twice daily but note there are times personal matters may delay an immediate response. Ky is also certified in EMDR, a structured trauma approach that uses guided bilateral stimulation alongside memory processing to reduce the intensity of distressing memories and associated symptoms.

Finding the right approach is a collaborative process. Ky works together with each person to identify goals, try techniques that fit their needs, and adapt strategies over time so treatment aligns with personal preferences and life circumstances.

Online therapy offers practical flexibility - sessions can take place by video call, phone, live chat, or text-based messaging, allowing clients to access licensed professionals from home or other convenient locations. These options make it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules, maintain continuity of care during life transitions, and choose the communication style that feels most comfortable.
